Product Designer

The Principal Product Designer will drive customer and business outcomes by leveraging customer insights to form a strong point of view on product direction and leading research initiatives. Responsibilities also include aligning design solutions with core business needs, collaborating with product and engineering to shape strategy and deliver feasible implementation specs, and serving as the design lead on projects from sketches to polished mockups.
Responsibilities
- Drive insights and strategy by leveraging customer insights and forming a strong point of view on product direction and design opportunities
- Lead research and discovery initiatives to fill knowledge gaps and inform decision-making
- Champion customer centricity across the organization
- Align design solutions with core business needs, KPIs, and strategic outcomes
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver feasible implementation specs and iteratively shape product strategy
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience in a fast-moving environment
- Proven SaaS experience
- Versatility across the design lifecycle
- Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma and Miro
- Strategic mindset with a bias for action
- Deep familiarity with user research techniques and feedback loops
- Polished, compelling portfolio showcasing ability to design complex workflows
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent practical experience
