The Lead Graphic Designer will serve as a lead creative resource, guiding visual direction and partnering with marketing leadership to support and maintain brand guidelines and scalable visual systems. Responsibilities include designing and producing a wide range of print and digital deliverables, leading projects from concept through final production, and coordinating with external suppliers.

- Lead the design and production of high-impact visual communications across marketing, business development, recruiting, internal communications, and brand initiatives
- Bring strategic thinking and hands-on execution to elevate consistency, clarity, and craft across every touchpoint
- Serve as a lead creative resource, guiding visual direction while ensuring alignment with established brand standards
- Partner with marketing leadership to support and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and scalable visual systems
- Apply strong design judgment to elevate the quality, clarity, and consistency of visual communications across teams and audiences
- Support brand evolution initiatives tied to growth, new markets, acquisitions, and changing business needs
- Champion consistent brand implementation across the One Foth landscape
- Design and produce a wide range of print and digital deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 10+ years of professional graphic design experience of both print and digital marketing materials, including knowledge of production specifications for each medium
- Significant prior experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience preparing press-ready files and coordinating print production (proofing, revisions, supplier communication)
