Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for aisle.com
- Define and prioritize the web product backlog
- Lead development and improvement of our front-end architecture
- Build and ship new web features and experiences
- Optimize the website for performance, accessibility, and scalability
- Support rapid iterations of AISLE Pro and future product ideas to success
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and engineering on launches and experiments
- Manage our CMS, CRM integrations, and web infrastructure
- Ensure best practices in front-end development and web performance
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner, Web Product Manager, or Technical Lead for web
- Strong front-end development skills (e.g. TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Next.js)
- An AI-first approach, leveraging the latest technologies and ways of working
- Familiarity with modern deployment platforms (e.g. Vercel, cursor, Claude Code)
- Experience managing a web platform roadmap
- Solid understanding of web performance, SEO fundamentals, and accessibility
- Ability to translate business needs into clear product and technical requirements
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
