Senior Graphic Designer(They/She/He)

The role is to act as the high-velocity creative engine and brand guardian, transforming briefs for Social Media, PR, and Global Affairs into top-tier visual assets while ensuring design consistency across all platforms. This involves leading the end-to-end design process, managing stakeholders, coordinating workflows, and executing rapid-fire requests.

Responsibilities

• Creative Ownership & Execution: lead the end-to-end design process, taking conceptual briefs for Social Media, PR and Global Affairs and turning them into polished, ready-to-post assets
• Strategic Brand Guardianship: act as the final filter for visual identity, ensuring every piece of content is consistent
• Stakeholder Management & Diplomacy: serve as primary design point of contact for internal teams, negotiate deadlines and manage expectations
• Workflow Coordination: manage multiple simultaneous workstreams and delegate tasks effectively to ensure no deadline is ever missed
• Collaborative Synergy: partner closely with stakeholders to execute rapid-fire requests, managing full lifecycle of feedback and iterations with a focus on speed and results

Requirements

• Technical Mastery: expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom and Canva
• Academic & Portfolio Foundation: diploma in Graphic Design (or similar) and a compelling portfolio
• High-Velocity Execution: move fast, execute faster mindset, thrive under pressure and pivot quickly to accommodate last-minute changes
• Professional Resilience: humble, growth-oriented, and see feedback rounds as a way to learn and sharpen craft
• Communication Skills: explain design decisions clearly to non-creatives and manage stakeholder asks effectively
