UX Designer (Mobile)

The UX Designer will apply a mobile-first mindset to simplify health, wealth, and protection journeys on the my Sun Life app, creating best-in-class digital experiences across iOS and Android platforms. Responsibilities include developing concepts, storyboards, and prototypes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and validating designs through concept and usability testing.
Responsibilities
- Apply a mobile-first mindset to simplify health, wealth, and protection journeys on my Sun Life app
- Create best-in-class digital experiences based on client, business, and technical inputs
- Develop new concepts, storyboards, screen flows, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with UX writers, UX designers, journey designers, and researchers to refine design concepts
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in user-centered digital design and user experience on mobile products
- University degree or certification in User Experience, or equivalent work experience
- UX portfolio demonstrating impactful customer experiences
- Knowledge of user research methods and ability to interpret and synthesize findings
- Proficiency with current design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Jira, etc.
