The Senior Product Designer will lead the design of new product experiences, focusing on making security clear, usable, and trustworthy for both individuals and businesses. This involves owning complex problem spaces end-to-end by partnering with cross-functional teams to define problems, explore opportunities, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the design of significant product areas or features from discovery through delivery
- Collaborate deeply with product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape roadmaps, define success metrics, and deliver cohesive experiences
- Advocate for customer needs and inclusive, accessible design practices
- Maintain a high bar for design quality, usability, and consistency across surfaces and platforms
- Mentor and support more junior designers through feedback, pairing, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant design experience at a product-driven company
- Hands-on experience using agentic development tools
- Ability to reduce the 'chaos' of multi-agent orchestration into a coherent, manageable user experience
- Proficiency in Figma
- A portfolio of recent project work demonstrating design craft, process, impact to users, and business results
