Responsibilities
- Build world-class experiences that transform traditional digital banking processes into efficient, scalable, and beautifully crafted experiences
- Craft visual identity and interaction guidelines that strengthen brand consistency
- Define design systems and partner with other designers to extend and contribute patterns, components, and guidance
- Collaborate across teams to deliver user-focused, impactful designs
- Champion user needs and develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that balance user goals, business objectives, and technical constraints
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience with a strong focus on end-to-end design execution for web and mobile products
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions with clear thinking, strong craft, and high attention to detail
- Proficiency in visual and interaction design, UX/UI, typography, information architecture, and prototyping
- Experience owning features or product areas from concept to launch in fast-paced, collaborative environments
