The Senior UX Designer will own the design vision and UX strategy for Amazon Developer Portal experiences, focusing on designing complex, multi-step B2B workflows such as onboarding, monetization, and compliance. This role involves creating end-to-end service blueprints for cross-functional initiatives and driving alignment across product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own design vision and UX strategy for Amazon Developer Portal experiences
  • Design complex multi-step B2B workflows including developer onboarding, monetization, and compliance
  • Create end-to-end service blueprints for cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams
  • Drive alignment across product, engineering, and business stakeholders
  • Influence product roadmap with design insights, user research, and strategic recommendations
  • Design 3P partner experiences including documentation and self-service tools
  • Handle edge cases, error states, and conditional logic flows in complex enterprise systems
  • Partner with engineering on technical architecture and feasibility

Requirements

  • 7+ years of design experience
  • Online portfolio or samples of work on resume
  • Experience presenting designs and collaborating with all levels of the organization
  • Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
  • Experience in process design and documentation
  • Experience in development or technical support
  • 3+ years designing complex workflows in B2B, B2C, or regulated industries
