Onsite $90,000 - $180,000 Full-time Senior

The Senior UX Designer will design thoughtful, end-to-end experiences for complex products and services, translating ambiguity into clarity by defining problems, exploring concepts, and delivering polished, scalable solutions. Key duties include designing user experiences across platforms, partnering closely with cross-functional teams, and using insights from research and data to inform design decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end user experiences across workflows, features, and platforms
  • Translate complex problems, requirements, and constraints into clear and elegant UX solutions
  • Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design intent
  • Partner closely with cross-functional partners and use insights from research, data, and business context to inform design decisions
  • Contribute to design quality across the organization by sharing perspective, elevating craft, and helping strengthen team practices
  • Present design work clearly and persuasively, explaining rationale, tradeoffs, and recommendations to a range of audiences
  • Contribute to design strategy within product area by identifying opportunities, framing problems, and aligning design solutions to user and business needs
  • Ensure experiences are accessible, inclusive, and consistent across markets and touchpoints where applicable
  • Work with design systems and established patterns to create scalable solutions, and contribute new patterns when needed
  • Maintain a high bar for craft, quality, and detail in interaction, visual, and experience design
  • Support a healthy design culture through collaboration, feedback, and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Experience designing digital products and experiences from concept through delivery
  • Strong UX design skills across interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and visual communication
  • Ability to simplify complex problems and create clear, user-centered solutions
  • Strong systems thinking and an understanding of how individual features connect to larger journeys and platforms
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and influencing decisions with product, engineering, and business partners
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to present work effectively and build alignment
  • Attention to detail and a high standard for design craft and usability
  • Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles
  • Experience working within, contributing to, or extending design systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Digital Design, Information Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years of experience in UX, product, or experience design
