Senior UX Designer

The primary responsibilities involve leading the creation of website and app user interface designs from concept to final deliverables, while owning, governing, and scaling Figma design systems across the team. This role also includes leading UX research initiatives, overseeing email template development, and acting as a design thought leader for complex challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of website and app user interface designs
- Own, govern, and scale Figma design systems
- Lead UX research initiatives, site audits, and presentation of findings and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with and mentor UX team members
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience as a UX/UI designer
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Strong working knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices
- In-depth knowledge of CMS platforms
