The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead the design of intuitive, user-centered interfaces for a complex aircraft maintenance platform, translating operational workflows and technical requirements into usable designs. This role involves creating and iterating on design artifacts, collaborating with engineers and stakeholders, and conducting user interviews to validate solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of intuitive, user-centered interfaces
- Create and iterate on user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with engineers and product stakeholders to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented accurately
- Conduct stakeholder and user interviews to understand workflows, pain points, and mission requirements
Requirements
- 7+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Deep understanding of User-Centered Design principles and methodologies
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design process and deliverables
- Experience producing user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Ability to translate complex workflows and functional requirements into intuitive visual experiences
