Senior Product Designer (Advanced English)

The role involves actively participating in the delivery and design of technology projects, transforming client operations while developing new digital products and services across discovery and delivery phases. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional agile teams to create various experience design deliverables and facilitating workshops to develop unique design strategies.

Responsibilities

• Play an active role in the delivery and design of technology projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to create experience design deliverables
• Facilitate workshops, develop unique design strategies for products, and take part in making strategic decisions
• Apply various research methods such as context analysis, moderated interviews, experiments, and user tests
• Set up inspiring design hypotheses for delivery teams, translating user needs, business objectives, and metrics into clear design direction

Requirements

• Technical skills in experience design with specialities in at least three additional areas
• Generalist product designer with end-to-end experience
• Comfortable leading and advising research activities on experience design projects
• Strong product thinking, connecting user needs, business objectives, and success metrics to design decisions
• Experienced storyteller able to clearly present research methods and findings to stakeholders
• Fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish, with professional proficiency in English
