The role involves collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product direction and translating concepts into user flows, mockups, and prototypes. Additionally, the designer will create outward-facing marketing assets like sales collateral, landing pages, and branded visuals for launches.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product direction and user experience
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that communicate design intent clearly
- Convert user needs and insights into elegant and intuitive interface designs
- Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, usability findings, data insights, and technical constraints
- Design polished 1-pagers and sales collateral that communicate product value to prospects and customers, aligned with the Netchex brand
- Produce web assets including landing page layouts, hero graphics, feature illustrations, and promotional banners
- Support go-to-market launches by creating branded visuals for new feature releases, campaigns, and partner initiatives
- Maintain visual consistency across product UI and external marketing materials by applying and evolving the Netchex brand system
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in Product Design or UI/UX Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving, visual design, and UX/UI thinking
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design/prototyping tools (Adobe XD, Sketch)
- Understanding of responsive web and mobile-first design principles
- Experience with HTML/CSS and collaboration with front-end developers
- Familiarity with agile product development and cross-functional workflows
