Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead discovery work to uncover customer problems and translate insights into concepts, prototypes, and high-fidelity UX/UI designs, ensuring solutions are consistent with the design system. Key duties include collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the agile lifecycle and championing customer-centricity and best-in-class user experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery work to uncover customer problems and inform product strategy
- Translate insights into concepts, user flows, and prototypes to test hypotheses
- Create engaging wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UX/UI designs
- Apply systems thinking and design thinking techniques to shape product offerings
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders throughout the agile lifecycle
- Champion customer-centricity and advocate for best-in-class user experience
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions
- Facilitate design critiques, workshops, and agile ceremonies
- Measure and validate impact post-launch
Requirements
- Proven experience designing digital products end-to-end in cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to lead discovery and delivery activities with customers, product, and engineering stakeholders
- Deep understanding of human-centered design methodologies
- Excellent interaction and UI design skills
- Experience designing for complex systems, services, or platforms
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
