Praktikum Produktentwicklung / Design Engineering (m/w/d)

The intern will support the Product Development/Design Engineering department for six months by contributing to the development of new concepts and products. Key tasks include constructing components in 3D-CAD, creating technical drawings, performing component calculations, and researching materials and manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration in the development of new concepts and products
- Construction of components and assemblies in 3D CAD (Creo CAD)
- Creation of technical drawings and documentation
- Conducting component calculations, space investigations, and feasibility analyses
- Research on materials, manufacturing processes, and technical solutions
- Close cooperation with the design/product development team and adjacent areas such as validation and pre-development
Requirements
- Current studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, product development, technical design, or similar
- Basic knowledge of CAD construction
- Technical understanding and analytical thinking
- Enjoyment of creative solutions and structured work
- High level of initiative and teamwork skills
