Innovation and Design Engineer, Worldwide Design Engineering

Engineers will collaborate with internal and external teams to design high-quality, cost-effective solutions for fulfillment and distribution systems, owning multiple projects from concept realization through design approval. They will also serve as the primary technical contact for suppliers and support the Ops Engineering team during installation and commissioning.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to design high-quality, cost-effective solutions for fulfillment and distribution systems
- Own multiple projects simultaneously, from concept realization through design approval
- Be the primary point of technical contact for projects
- Hand-off projects to the Ops Engineering team for installation and commissioning
- Support the Ops Engineering team to ensure successful installation, commissioning, and launch of systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Preferred Master's degree in Engineering (any domain)
- Experience in designing complex systems
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and robotics
