Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will design, produce, and update presentations, marketing materials, and one-sheeters for clients, working both independently and collaboratively. They must execute dynamic presentations efficiently, offer high-touch service to stakeholders, and manage project scopes, vision, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Design, produce, and update presentations, marketing materials, and occasional one-sheets for clients
• Work independently and collaboratively with other designers to deliver high-quality materials
• Execute advanced, effective, and dynamic presentations efficiently to meet client needs and brand style
• Offer high-touch, white-glove level service to clients when developing meeting and business presentations
• Project manage requests from various clients, balancing workload to meet all deadlines
• Use strong communication and organizational skills to determine project scope, vision, deliverables, key messaging, and assets as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or a related field
• Expert skills with Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Keynote
• Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Adobe After Effects
• Able to manage multiple requests and competing deadlines, maintaining a flexible schedule as needed to meet tight deadlines
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication and organizational skills

Benefits

• Base salary between $80,000 and $100,000 annually
• Actual compensation packages based on a variety of factors, including skill set, experience, education, certifications, and work location
