UX-UI DESIGNER

The role involves supporting the definition of digital channel strategy through co-design workshops and defining information architecture, navigation flows, and interface design using the Design System. Responsibilities also include supporting user testing sessions to gather insights for interface improvement and collaborating with various internal teams to gather requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support the definition of the digital channel strategy, participating in co-design workshops
- Define the information architecture, navigation flows, and design of interfaces using the Design System
- Support user testing sessions, gathering insights to improve the interface
- Argue design choices in an objective and data-driven way
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to receive requirements and define UX/UI solutions
- Collaborate with the IT team to find the right trade-off between feasibility and user experience
Requirements
- Laurea
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field
- Experience with Figma, design systems, and user research
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, human-computer interaction, and user-centered design
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT
