Digital Product Designer for AI (m/f/d)

The Digital Product Designer for AI will collaborate with Agile product teams to achieve UX outcomes, guiding the design process and improving design capability within the team. Key duties include leading the definition of UX outcomes, facilitating user learning through testing, and generating artifacts to communicate design intent.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional, geographically dispersed, empowered Agile product teams
- Lead the definition of UX outcomes and guide the teams to achieve/exceed defined UX outcomes
- Establish and maintain shared understanding within the teams and with all other design influencers/stakeholders
- Facilitate and foster teams learning about customer/user needs and expectations
- Utilize insights from analytics and customer interactions to inform design decisions
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in digital product design, user experience, service design, customer experience, or equivalent role
- 2+ years of experience designing AI/ML-powered experiences
- Familiarity with generative AI/ML and NLP concepts
- Strong portfolio showcasing AI/ML-related UX projects
