The Product Designer will act as the UX reference within their team, aligning efforts and ensuring an integral vision of the digital product by analyzing, designing, and measuring impactful solutions from both user and business perspectives. Responsibilities include conducting benchmarking, designing research instruments like surveys and interviews, generating reports, coordinating UX process optimizations, documenting solutions in Figma, and performing generative and evaluative research.
Responsibilities
- Conduct benchmarking for product development optimization
- Design and construct surveys, interviews, and database analysis
- Generate reports on findings
- Coordinate and supervise UX optimizations
- Document and propose wireframes and solutions in Figma
- Design high-fidelity prototypes
- Conduct generative and evaluative research
Requirements
- University degree in Design, Engineering, Advertising, or Social Sciences
- Certification, specialization, or postgraduate degree in product design and/or user experience
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Knowledge of archetypes, user personas, and proto-personas
- Experience in agile methodology and digital products
- Advanced knowledge of Figma
