Founding Product Designer

The designer will own the end-to-end design layer, from user research to pixel-perfect delivery, establishing visual standards, interaction patterns, and component systems for the product. A key focus will be inventing AI-native interactions, such as agentic workflows and human-AI collaboration, while driving growth through design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship
- Own the design layer end-to-end
- Define the language
- Establish the visual standards, interaction patterns, component systems, and design principles
- Invent AI-native interaction
- Talk to customers, visit their offices, watch them work, run usability sessions
Requirements
- Deep experience in product design
- Shipped data-rich interfaces in production
- Runs own user research
- Energised by sitting with domain experts
- Systems thinker, designs in components and patterns
- Proficient with AI tools in their own workflow
