The UX Designer will analyze customer problems using data and research to design impactful solutions, working closely with product and business teams to develop requirements and use cases. Responsibilities also include creating design artifacts like journey maps and mockups, developing UI specifications, and measuring the success of designed experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer problems through data and research to inform and design delightful solutions with measurable impact
  • Work closely with product and business teams to develop use cases and high-level requirements
  • Create journey maps, flows, and mockups to effectively conceptualize and communicate the right detail for the audience
  • Develop and maintain detailed user-interface and interaction specifications
  • Present and defend design recommendations to partners, stakeholders, and senior leadership for review, feedback, and approval

Requirements

  • 7+ years of design experience
  • Experience in mass-market consumer web / mobile products
  • Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
