The Senior Product Designer will define the visual and interaction language for next-generation AI infrastructure, translating complex technical concepts like knowledge graphs and agent reasoning into intuitive enterprise interfaces. Responsibilities include designing end-to-end workflows for complex semantic models and leading user research with enterprise customers to inform product direction.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end workflows for complex semantic models, knowledge graphs, and AI-powered systems
- Collaborate deeply with ML engineers and applied scientists to visualize abstract technical concepts and improve agent behavior transparency
- Lead user research with major enterprise customers to synthesize findings into clear product directions and scalable design systems
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing complex, data-rich enterprise products
- Proven expertise in Figma
- Ability to bring clarity to technically sophisticated or data-dense environments
- Thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments
- Possesses product judgment to navigate ambiguity while maintaining a high quality bar
