The Product Designer will partner with product, engineering, and leadership to design high-impact experiences, translating complex operational workflows into clear product interfaces and defining user interaction with AI agents. Responsibilities include shaping product experiences from concept to implementation, producing artifacts for engineering teams while maintaining high usability standards.
Responsibilities
- Translate ambiguous product ideas into clear end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
- Design complex, system-driven product experiences that integrate seamlessly into an existing product
- Contribute to and evolve the design system, creating scalable patterns and maintaining consistency across the product
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customers to inform design decisions
- Bring strong curiosity and learning mindset, with a high bar for clarity, usability, and simplicity
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of product design experience
- Strong proficiency with Figma for interface design, prototyping, and design system contribution
- Experience designing complex product workflows
- Ability to produce clear wireframes, interaction flows, prototypes, and final UI specifications for engineering teams
- Experience collaborating directly with product managers and engineers to ship production-ready features
