Staff UX Designer

The Staff UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive, scalable, and engaging user experiences for web-based and PDF products, serving both internal and external users. Key duties include producing detailed UX deliverables, conducting user research, collaborating across teams, and developing/maintaining the design system using Figma.
Responsibilities
- Create UX Deliverables: Produce detailed wireframes, user flows, and mockups that effectively communicate design intentions to stakeholders and development teams
- Conduct User Research & Insights: Engage directly with both internal and external customers to conduct user research and usability studies
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineering, human factors engineering, clinical, regulatory, and other cross-functional teams
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in UX design, particularly in environments where quick prototyping and agile development are practiced
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant design and design process experience
