The Staff Product Designer will define and drive the North Star vision for Miro Prototyping, focusing heavily on exploring how generative AI can fundamentally change the product development process. They will partner with Product and Engineering to solve complex technical challenges while setting the bar for design excellence and mentoring other designers.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the North Star for Miro Prototyping
- Articulate a vision that disrupts the norms and looks where the market is going
- Partner with Product and Engineering to solve complex technical challenges around AI quality, discoverability, and seamless transition between modes
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI-focused roles
- A strong portfolio showcasing ability to create clear, user-focused products and strategies
- Demonstrated experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX design, and engineering
- Deep understanding of AI and AI design tooling
- Proven experience designing products in high-stakes or regulated domains
