Sr. Product Designer - Remote

The role involves advocating for and explaining user-centered research and design principles to various stakeholders, while also providing direction on client projects and mentoring colleagues on UX practices. Responsibilities include creating design standards, correcting UX issues, presenting designs, and identifying opportunities for process improvement using technology and data.
Responsibilities

- Advocate and explain user-centered research and design principles
- Provide direction on client projects and mentor colleagues on UX
- Create templates, patterns and design standards
- Correct UX issues in designs, products and services
- Present designs and/or research to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in user experience design, interaction design, user interface design, information architecture, content strategy, or similar roles
- 3+ years of experience incorporating user feedback in the design process
- 3+ years of experience working with and presenting to cross-functional stakeholders
- 1+ years of experience using metrics and analytics
- 1+ years of experience in a senior role
- 1+ years of experience with design and prototyping tools
