This role involves leading the technical and design vision for Gemini's Small Business experiences, building foundational 0-to-1 features from scratch and defining business strategies to improve model response quality. Key duties include architecting intuitive AI interfaces, shaping LLM behavior through quality standards, and crafting visually compelling, fluid user experiences.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing user interfaces and shaping content/responses for complex software applications

- Experience designing tools, communication platforms, or product experiences specifically tailored for Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs)
- Demonstrated expertise in driving big product vision and guiding cross-functional teams
- Strong systems thinker capable of moving seamlessly between deep technical model evaluation and high-level UX/UI design
