The Senior UX Designer will lead end-to-end experience design across digital and in-store touchpoints for Auto Care Centers, driving user discovery, research synthesis, interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing. This role involves partnering cross-functionally to translate complex automotive service workflows into intuitive, trustworthy solutions for customers and associates.
Responsibilities
- Lead user discovery through interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry, and analytics synthesis
- Translate research insights into journey maps, interaction models, and scalable design systems
- Design flows, wireframes, high-fidelity visuals, and interactive prototypes
- Plan and execute usability testing; iterate based on findings
- Influence cross-functional partners and build stakeholder alignment to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes
Requirements
- Expertise in user research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping
- Strong systems thinking and ability to design across complex service ecosystems
- Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategy
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus in ambiguous environments
- Fluency in mobile conventions, design systems, usability testing, and scalable UX best practices
- Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 3 years' experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area
