Senior UI/UX Designer

The role involves driving customer UX research, conducting usability testing, and rapidly creating low- and high-fidelity prototypes to support discovery and experimentation. Responsibilities also include working closely with product management and engineering to align design direction and ensure consistent delivery of user-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

• Customer Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and other research methodologies to gather actionable insights and understand client needs
• Prototyping and Experimentation: Rapidly create low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes to support discovery and experimentation, facilitating collaboration with PMs and engineers
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, and stakeholders to align design direction and ensure consistent delivery of user-centric solutions

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX design, with a focus on research, prototyping, and leading design teams or initiatives
• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to translate client needs into actionable design requirements
• Expertise in creating and iterating on both low- and high-fidelity prototypes to support rapid discovery and testing
