The role involves owning end-to-end interaction and visual design for features, from initial exploration and visioning through detailed designs, prototyping, and specifications. Responsibilities also include communicating design rationale, presenting in meetings, and collaborating with various Play and Ads partner teams across Google.
Responsibilities
- Own end-end interaction and visual design for features through early exploration and visioning, detailed designs, prototyping, and specs
- Communicate your design rationale and present at design meetings and reviews with leadership
- Collaborate with the rest of the Play team and other partner teams across Google
- Leverage creative assets to think of innovative ways to stretch and extend solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design
- Experience designing for mobile (Android) and other device form factors
- A portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work
