UX Designer PL - Indaiatuba/SP

The UX Designer will support projects of moderate to high complexity by developing user interaction task flows, wireframes, and prototypes for new and existing products, focusing on optimizing interfaces for customers, dealers, and internal users. Key duties include designing, scheduling, building, and delivering enhanced portals and websites while analyzing best practices through competitive benchmarking and customer insights.
Responsibilities
- Design, schedule, build, and deliver new and enhanced portals and websites
- Develop website maps, application models, and image or page templates to meet user needs
- Support digital channel management by analyzing best practices, customer insights, A/B testing, and site feature/functionality enhancement
- Research and interpret data, trends, and benchmarks relevant to digital products/services design
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Advanced English (broad vocabulary, impeccable grammar, ability to lead meetings, negotiate, and deliver training)
- Experience in UX/UI design, including work on digital products or applications
- Proficiency in Figma for design and rapid prototyping
- Solid foundation in user-centered design, usability, and interaction design principles
