Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead efforts within a focused team to measurably improve peopleās lives by taking ownership and significantly impacting the final product experience within the Fetch app. Responsibilities include leading design critiques, influencing team decisions, exploring new opportunities, and launching features into production within the first year.

- Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience, native mobile app design experience or enterprise web application experience required
- Experience building growth- and retention-focused products
- Experience with Figma, Miro, and Protopie
- Experience with animation (ideally Rive)
- A tendency to self-direct and lean on their own prioritization methods to get their work done in a fast-paced startup environment
