Sr. UX Designer - Canada

The Senior UX Designer will own 1-2 major projects, leading design from initial problem exploration through final implementation, while partnering closely with product management to define scope and recommendations. Responsibilities also include conducting user research, providing production-ready assets to engineers, and contributing to product strategy and roadmap discussions.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable, collaborative, and social online learning experiences used by Fortune 500 companies, universities, and training organizations
- Own 1-2 major projects at any time, serving as the design lead who shapes solutions from initial problem exploration through final implementation
- Partner closely with the product management team to frame problems, define project scope, explore multiple design approaches, and make well-reasoned recommendations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing products that have been used by end users and clients at scale
- Proven track record of solving complex real-world problems with strategic thinking and elegant, user-centered solutions
- Proficiency with the full design toolkit: wireframing, user flows, high-fidelity mocks, prototyping, user interviews, and usability testing
