The Lead Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process for complex web and mobile applications, spanning from user research through execution, while championing user needs across global B2B, B2C, and internal teams. This role also involves shaping design processes, proactively collaborating with stakeholders, and consistently executing to raise the overall design quality of product and feature launches.

- Shape our design processes: Support efforts to shape and evolve design processes and rituals
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in product design
- Leadership experience: Led a team of designers across multiple end-user experiences
- User-centric: Passionate about understanding user needs through research and metrics and advocating for user experience throughout the product lifecycle
