The role focuses on designing experiences to establish a daily Copilot habit for users, influencing teams across M365 and Windows. Responsibilities include collaborating cross-functionally to define and iterate features, communicating design rationale clearly, and balancing metric movement with delightful user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interacting with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and executive stakeholders to define, iterate, and implement new and existing product features
- Compelling Communication & Storytelling: Articulating design concepts and decisions to cross-functional partners and stakeholders
- Product thinking: Enthusiastically seeking to understand the broader context in which a product exists, including its users, market, and business goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field
- 3+ years experience working in product or service design
- 4+ years experience shipping products to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process
