Senior Interaction / Product Designer

Responsibilities include creating personas, customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive web/mobile interface designs following best practices. Designers will also present concepts clearly to clients and internal teams, consult on accessible design, and synthesize user research to inform decisions.

• Creating personas, customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive web and mobile interface designs
• Designing new, engaging digital experiences for web and mobile products
• Producing clean, informative, and concise presentations to clients and internal teams
• Presenting design concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams
• Collaborating with developers to ensure design fidelity and accessibility

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in a consulting or agency context
• 4-year+ degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong written, verbal, conceptual, and visual communication skills
• Proficiency in designing in Figma
• Experience designing developer-ready visual assets and UI components
