Senior Product Designer

The role involves leveraging design thinking to address complex challenges and developing innovative solutions aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities include conducting user research, collaborating on ideation, creating UX deliverables like wireframes and prototypes, and supporting development teams through documentation and system maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Leverage design thinking methodologies to address complex challenges and develop innovative solutions that align with business objectives
• Conduct, analyze, and apply UX research and data insights to deeply understand user needs and behaviors
• Collaborate with domain experts, product managers, and engineers to brainstorm and develop creative solutions to meet user needs
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and improvements, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience
• Develop comprehensive design specifications and documentation to guide development and ensure proper implementation of designs

Requirements

• Over 6 years of UX/UI experience working in fast-paced environments, with a solid portfolio of real-world projects
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, our preferred design and prototyping tool
• Deep understanding of UX principles, design thinking, interaction design, and usability best practices
• Experience with a variety of UX deliverables (wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, etc.), and a keen sense of what tool(s) for the specific problem
• Self-Learning: Enthusiasm for learning new domains and a strong ability to grasp complex business requirements
