Senior UI/UX Designer - Nexus Analytica

The role involves leading the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design, ensuring intuitive and visually appealing web interfaces for digital energy platforms. Key tasks include conducting user studies, creating design artifacts, developing a design system, and collaborating closely with engineers for accurate implementation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to understand user needs and pain points
• Translate findings into user journeys, personas, information architecture, and UX flows
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that solve real user problems
• Create high-fidelity UI designs based on approved wireframes and brand guidelines
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system or UI component library
• Work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Gather and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and QA to continuously improve UX

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web applications or SaaS platforms
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem solving, clean UI design, and responsive layouts
• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional development teams
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Visily, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility (WCAG), and human-centered design
• Solid experience designing for responsive, interactive web applications
