Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to understand user needs and pain points
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that solve real user problems
- Create high-fidelity UI designs based on approved wireframes and brand guidelines
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system or UI component library
- Work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web applications or SaaS platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem solving, clean UI design, and responsive layouts
- Experience working in Agile, cross-functional development teams
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Visily, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility (WCAG), and human-centered design
