The designer will lead the end-to-end design process, including user research, wireframing, high-fidelity UI design, and developer handoff to create intuitive and visually appealing web interfaces. Key tasks involve conducting user research, translating findings into design artifacts, creating high-fidelity designs, and maintaining a scalable design system.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to understand user needs and pain points
- Translate findings into user journeys, personas, information architecture, and UX flows
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that solve real user problems
- Create high-fidelity UI designs based on approved wireframes and brand guidelines
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web applications or SaaS platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving, clean UI design, and responsive layouts
- Experience working in Agile, cross-functional development teams
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Visily, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and human-centered design
