Product Designer

The Product Designer will be responsible for owning the User Experience vision within their squad, aiming to maintain and improve high user satisfaction through intuitive and elegant solutions. This involves participating in the entire design phase, from user research and prototyping to launch and results measurement.

Responsibilities

• Identify user problems and opportunities with product managers
• Design intuitive, innovative, and elegant solutions to user problems
• Apply a rigorous design process from user research to high-fidelity prototyping
• Collaborate with developers to ensure perfect implementation of designs
• Contribute to the design system with other designers
• Organize user tests and interviews for continuous improvement
• Participate in improving product design processes and methodologies

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in product design
• Excellent conception and prototyping skills
• Perfect mastery of UX methodologies
• Rigorous writing and methodological skills
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative indicators to make decisions
• Capacity to document and stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Ability to establish trusting relationships with stakeholders and team members
• Ability to defend ideas at all levels of the company
• Capacity to translate complex problems into solutions
