Senior UI/UX Designer

The Senior UI/UX Designer will design and lead the creation of user-centered interfaces for mobile and web applications, including scalable design systems. This role involves close collaboration with designers, clients, and developers to ensure seamless design handover and contributing to design thinking practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead the creation of user-centered interfaces for mobile and web applications
- Collaborate closely with other UX and UI Designers throughout the entire design process
- Communicate with clients and ensure smooth, effective collaboration with developers during design hand-off
- Contribute to strengthening design thinking practices and building UX awareness across the organization
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Exposure to finance or insurance projects
- Strong prototyping skills in tools like Figma
- Familiarity with Design Thinking / Double Diamond or similar problem-solving approaches
- User-centric mindset
- Awareness of accessibility best practices
- Fluent English (C1) and confidence in communicating design ideas and research outcomes
