The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, encompassing research, wireframing, high-fidelity UI creation, and usability testing. Key duties include conducting user research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining design systems for consistency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Optimize user flows, accessibility, and overall product usability
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS or tech environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects (web and/or mobile)
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
- Experience with design systems and responsive design
- Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills and experience working in remote, cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JS) is a plus
