Graphic Designer / Illustrator

This role involves supporting both marketing initiatives and product development by creating artwork, logos, and brand-specific merchandising graphics, including developing factory-ready technical specification sheets. The designer will also manage the creation of large-format signage, product packaging, and various customer-focused catalogs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in product development from concept through final production
- Develop artwork, logos, and brand-specific merchandising graphics
- Create factory-ready Adobe Illustrator technical/spec sheets
- Correspond with factory liaisons regarding artwork approvals, revisions, and sample reviews
- Design and produce the company's annual full product catalog
- Develop multiple customer-focused catalogs throughout the year
- Create large-format signage and in-store merchandising graphics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- 5+ years of active graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and illustration work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and brand development
