The primary responsibility is designing high-performing visual assets, especially YouTube thumbnails, that increase click-through rates and perceived authority for clients using proven templates and systems. This role requires executing designs with high taste and consistency, leveraging AI tools effectively to enhance visuals without producing unnatural outputs.
Responsibilities
- Design high-performing visual assets for YouTube thumbnails and social media content
- Use AI tools to enhance visuals while maintaining realism and brand integrity
- Ensure all client visuals make them look better, not worse
- Maintain consistency across each client's content
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design
- Strong visual taste
- Ability to follow templates while improving final output
- Experience using AI image tools
