Graphic Designer - Talent Pool

The role involves designing high-quality visual assets across web, social media, email, and packaging, including creating landing pages and product visuals that align with brand and performance goals. Responsibilities also include developing social media creatives and email marketing assets, while collaborating closely with media buyers on performance-driven content.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality assets across web, social, email, and packaging
• Create landing pages, product visuals, and UI elements that align with brand and performance goals
• Develop social media creatives (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) aligned with campaign strategy
• Design email marketing assets including banners, product showcases, and newsletters
• Contribute to product packaging and brand identity consistency
• Support motion design, 3D visuals, and product presentation (nice to have)
• Collaborate closely with media buyers to produce performance-driven creatives

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design (e-commerce or marketing environment preferred)
• Strong portfolio across web, social media, email, and packaging
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (or similar tools)
• Experience in motion graphics, 3D, or product photography is a plus
• Strong understanding of branding, design trends, and conversion-focused creative
• Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and performance teams
