The role involves designing high-fidelity screens for the mobile app and e-commerce site, covering product pages, checkout flows, and new features, while also building and maintaining the component library in Figma. Responsibilities include prototyping interactions, running user interviews as part of the Customer Closeness program, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to ship designs.
Responsibilities
- Design high-fidelity screens for the app and website
- Build and maintain the component library in Figma
- Prototype interactions when static mocks aren't enough
- Run user interviews and incorporate feedback into design decisions
- Work with Product and Engineering to ship designs that actually get built
- Prepare specs, answer questions, and review implementations
Requirements
- A portfolio that shows strong visual taste and attention to craft
- Figma skills (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
- Experience designing for mobile and web
- Comfort working with (or building) design systems
- Some experience running or participating in user research
