UX / UI Designer

The UX/UI Designer will develop user-centered UX concepts and intuitive UI designs for modern web and AI applications, translating complex requirements into clear user experiences in close collaboration with Product Owners and the development team. Key tasks include designing challenging UX/UI concepts, conducting usability analyses and tests, creating wireframes and prototypes, and presenting design ideas internally.

Responsibilities

• Development and design of demanding UX concepts and UI designs for web applications
• Conducting usability analyses and tests, as well as integrating user feedback into the design process
• Creating wireframes and prototypes together with product owners
• Designing intuitive and user-friendly interactions and workflows
• Presenting design ideas and concepts to internal teams

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of UX design, interaction design, media informatics, or a comparable education with corresponding professional experience
• Practical experience in the field of UX/UI design and solid knowledge of design thinking and user-centered design
• Very good knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Structured and goal-oriented way of working, as well as ensuring the technical feasibility in agreement with the developers
• High degree of self-motivation, creativity, and technical understanding
