
Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will develop and execute high-quality visual assets across packaging, retail, eCommerce, and marketing, contributing to brand foundations and evolving Design Asset Toolkits for global consistency. This role involves thinking systemically about asset usage across channels while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams like Marketing and Packaging.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-quality visual assets that bring brand strategy to life across packaging, retail, eCommerce, marketing, events, and internal presentations
- Contribute to the creation of brand foundations, visual languages, and design systems that enable consistent execution at scale
- Design and help evolve Brand Asset Toolkits (BATs), style guides, templates, and modular assets that support global and cross-functional teams
- Translate creative direction into clear, actionable design solutions that balance craft, consistency, and flexibility
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure assets are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent professional experience
- 3-6 years of professional experience in a creative agency, in-house brand team, or similar environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience designing for multiple channels, including print and digital
- Interest in brand strategy, creative systems, and scalable design frameworks
